In Loving Memory of Billy Landry

His passion was for cooking. His dream was to open a restaurant.

The brother and sister team of Billy and Patti had been in the restaurant business for most of their lives. Together, with sister Jackie, they turned their dreams into reality. PB & J’s—a place where friends become family—opened in Warwick in 2019 with a second location opening in Cranston in 2021. Unfortunately, Billy passed away from a very rare form of cancer in February 2022. Thankfully, he was able to see his dream realized.  

Billy’s family would like to support those with aspirations similar to Billy’s by creating a scholarship at Johnson & Wales University. The Billy Landry Memorial Endowed Scholarship will provide financial aid to those pursuing a degree in culinary arts through the College of Food Innovation & Technology. 

Billy and his family have always believed that through their restaurant, their family was taking care of your family. Today, they invite you to join them in supporting other families by remembering Billy and paying it forward to support the next generation of culinarians as they pursue their dreams.
